Returns & Refunds
Eligibility

We accept returns for unframed canvas prints that are damaged or have a quality issue. If your painting arrives with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

How to Initiate a Return

Take a clear photograph of the damaged product and the packaging it arrived in.

Email the photos to us at ayansiarts@gmail.com or +918349600924 with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be processed and for the funds to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that are not damaged or defective. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind.
